What fees should I be aware of?

Host service fee

The host service fee for bookings is a percentage of the booking total. This applies to each booking.

The booking total includes the nightly rate plus add-ons, the cleaning fee, delivery fee, and any other fees, if applicable. The booking total does not include Outdoorsy fees and taxes.

There is a minimum host service fee of $15/night for driveable vehicles and $10/night for towables. If the host service fees incurred are less than this amount per night based on the normally assessed percentage, they will be automatically adjusted up to the minimum amount per night, based on vehicle type.

Hosts can locate the fee on the reservation page for any booking.

Guest service fee

The guest service fee is 10% of the booking total for all RV rentals. This includes the nightly rate plus add-ons, the cleaning fee, delivery fee, and any other fees, if applicable. It doesn’t include Outdoorsy fees, protection packages, and taxes.

Guests see this fee on the checkout page before they book a reservation.

Additional guest fees may be charged for things like late fees and administrative event charges.
