Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

When you book with us, we will send you a link to a YouTube channel which has several videos to walk you through the basics of our Heartland Lithium. You will also be given a binder which has hard copies of all of the rules, tip and tricks, and extra info.
Q.Do you rent out for fesitvals or big events?
R.
This depends. When you book we will ask you a few questions about your towing experience and your travel plans. The camper has been approved for a few larger events including Sturgis, but your approval will depend on the event, your experience and travel dates.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We are flexible with our availability for picking up and dropping off at our property. Preferred times are evenings and weekends, although we will be in contact to work with your schedule.
We also offer delivery within 100 miles for an extra charge.
