The travel trailer has a city water hook up, black and gray water, hook ups, and electricity hook up. There is one queen bed, two other single beds, and a couch fold out bed as well. The travel trailer has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, ventilation system, heating and AC with an outdoor refrigerator, sink and burners. Has the capability to hook up solar panel to it. There is an indoor fireplace ran off electricity that helps offset the heat by not using propane. Has Speakers built in for outside, so you can enjoy some music or listen to a game under the Awning enjoying a beautiful day outside. I have videos I can provide from the RV center for use and operation of everything inside and outside the travel trailer. We have enjoyed it and would like others to enjoy it as much as we do and do not want to just sitting in storage.Ce qui est inclusThere is an outdoor mat that you can place under your chairs outside for comfort. There are stabilizers on the front and back to keep the travel trailer that you let down with a push of a button from shaking around a lot when inside of it. There are utensils for cooking and spoons and forks for eating, but usually used paper plates. It has a coffee maker included as well. A hitch with a stabilizer set up is included if the renter needs it.RecommandationsWe have only taken the travel trailer out once as we bought it just before winter. We took it to American lake camp ground aboard JBLM. We cannot wait to go out in it again to other sites as we all had a blast with it being able to enjoy the outdoors, but have the amenities to relax. Please take good care of the travel trailer. We keep it in good shape and would like it to last. The renter is responsible to discard their own waste, black and grey water. The black water tank is required to be flushed out. The travel trailer needs to be hooked up to a waste disposal hookup while in use. Return the travel trailer in the same clean condition it was at the beginning of the rental.
