Very spacious sleep 7. The bathroom has a second entrance from the outside. It has a double bunkhouse, so it can sleep four children or two adults. Has a full-size refrigerator and freezer. A deep pantry. Lots of counter space. Outside kitchen with ice maker. Has solar panels—a very masculine-looking camper. I provide kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, washcloths for 7.Autres points à signalerNO SMOKING in camper. This will cause you to loose your deposit. Small dogs only. Let us know if you need a kennel rental for when away from camper. Don't access roof. Wind and rain is not an awnings friend. Please retract awning whenever you leave camper unintended. Do not repair camper yourself. Call us for any mishaps. Keep camper clean and please keep any water dried up. Leave wet linens in shower. If you are using the fresh water tank you only have 50 gallons. Use it sparingly with the shower head feature to turn water off and on while rinsing. The propane tank will be full, but if you need more, you must provide it yourself. I provide enough linens for how many the camper sleeps, but always recommend bringing some towels so you have extra. 2-day minimum on local rentals, 3 day on over 40 miles, delivery only. If you need generators they are one for $50 a day and 2 for $75 a day. They come with gallons of gas each and that lasts around 12 hours. We provide a gas can for you to get more gas beyond that please try to use non-ethanol gas if possible.

-Absolutely do not climb on camper roof or anywhere else.
-Do not fix any problem yourself before notifying us. If there is water leak disconnect from water service hookup and call us immediately.
-Awning must be retracted if there is wind or rain!! Wind and rain is not an awnings friend! If awning is damaged renter will have to pay for repairs.
-You must keep camper clean. Keep any water dried up inside camper at all times. Standing Water is not a Camper's friend.
-Do not sleep more than camper can hold because it will set off the carbon monoxide alarm all night long for lack of oxygen. If this happens open front door to let in fresh air.

We are a family owned and operated and located in Yatesville, Ga. We are experienced campers and have many camping spots to suggest! We have a fleet of 5 newer model campers that we Deliver Only to your camping site. We have a 2023 that sleeps 10, a 2022 that sleeps 10, a 2021 sleeps 7, a 2019 that sleeps 8, and a 2020 that sleeps 5. We have generators for rent if needed. Each camper holds 40-50 gallons of water for dry site camping. The 2022 and 2023 are 50 amp and the rest are 30 amp. These two also have LED fireplaces. We also do experience camping packages at $40, $80, and $120 levels: Family: s’mores, games, candied fruit, games, movie night, kayak, tube floats, paddle boards Romantic: chocolate fruit, roses, games, inflatable hot tub, candles Hunting: local grilling meats, beer, games, charcuterie, no scent spray products Holiday: decor, activities, food, drinks Adult Party: beverages, games, food, themes Child Party: gaming, makeover, tea party, camping, glow and more. The host was amazing. We enjoyed our time together as a family and the camper was a great way to savor down time without spending time going back and forth to a hotel.
