Spacious and luxurious Thor Freedom Elite 30FE, sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 ok with kids. Owned and lovingly maintained bunkbed model - perfect for a large family! Pets are welcome. Everything is clean and ready to go. Full kitchen and bathroom - shower inside or outside with a 2nd portable shower. 3 televisions total, 2 are bunk DVD TVs. 2 slide outs to make this large RV seem even more spacious. Plenty of cargo space underneath. Electric awning, A/C and heating keep the RV climate-controlled. There is a hitch on back to tow your toys if you want or add a bike rack.Lots of extras included like bed linens, camping chairs, smores sticks, dishes, pots/pans, misc cooking items, a selection of family DVDs, and more. Note: please clean the RV interior before return including wiping down counters, sweeping, cleaning bathroom including toilet, washing dishes, removing all trash. Fees: • Black/greywater dump fee: $100 • Deep cleaning fee: $250 (major spills, fabric staining, mattress soiling) • Late fee (after 12pm): $50/hour, at 5 hrs late, 1 full night charge is added • Pet fee: $150 fee • Propane fee: $35 plus actual cost to refill propane • Gasoline fee: $50 plus cost to refill gas • Drugs/marijuana/cigarette use: $750 deep cleaning fee

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Reservations start at 4pm and end the following day at 12pm. If you are late, there is a $50/hour fee. After 5 hours you will be charged 1 full extra day.

Do I have to dump my black water and grey water?

Yes. If you don't we charge a $100/fee.

Can I smoke, do marijuana, or vape in the RV?

No and if you do so you will be charged a $750 deep cleaning fee.

Should I clean the RV before returning?

R.

Yes! Please wipe down all surfaces, clean the bathroom, empty trash, and sweep before you return the RV. However you don't need to wash the outside of the RV.
