5.0The Jayco trailer was a perfect trial of RV camping for us - perfect size and had the necessities (bed, toilet, shower) plus extras (great heater for cold nights, hot water, and AC for hot days). Charlie was super helpful. He even went to the campground to check it out upon our reservation to let us know what it was like. On the day of he then delivered, set up, and explained everything to us beforehand, then broke everything down afterwards. We are interested in buying but wanted to try it out beforehand and Charlie was happy to explain everything to us during set up and answer all of our questions. He even promptly helped us with an error on the water heater in the middle of a work day. He was super helpful and cheerful - someone you can trust and you would want to have a beer with!

What flexibility is available for picking up the RV?

Pickup on weekdays (Monday–Friday) is typically limited to 5 PM due to work commitments and is fairly strict. However, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) offer much more flexibility, and we’re happy to coordinate a time that works best for you.

Can I take the camper out of state?

Absolutely—that’s one of the best parts of renting an off-road travel trailer! You’re free to explore beyond state lines and enjoy the flexibility of taking your adventure wherever the road leads. Just let us know your travel plans so we can ensure everything is set up for a smooth trip.

What kind of vehicle do I need to tow the camper?
R.
You’ll need a vehicle with sufficient towing capacity for the camper’s weight—typically a midsize to full-size SUV or truck. The vehicle must be equipped with a standard 2 5/16 inch hitch receiver and a 7-pin trailer wiring connection. Since the camper has trailer brakes, your tow vehicle must also have a brake controller installed. These don’t come standard on all vehicles, so be sure to check or have one added before pickup.
