Simplicity is the best feature in this "Runaway"!
"Runaway" is a 13 feet in length (6' ceiling) cozy freedom nest that will take you places you can only imagine! Park anywhere your heart wishes to soak in the scenery.
The open floor plan makes the van incredibly comfortable when traveling as you can convert from a full bed at night to a wide open van during the day. Conversion of Runaway was completed in 2020.Bring your furry copilot with you!Two seat belts only allow two people riding. Sleeps two people. We have a single mattress also that fits on the floor if you have the third person with you.The Van features a 12V power system with 220 AH of AGM storage. You can easily charge your phones, computers, plug in fans etc.Heating / Cooling: We just installed the roof AC this year! Use it any time, as long as the main battery is charged. No need for a hook up. The van is insulated with 300 SqFt of Havelock Wool. Extra fan included.Kitchenette: Butcher block counter top with tile backsplash and storage space in-between counter and cooler for one burner electric stove. One burner butane stove included as well.Plumbing / Water Supply: The sink in the kitchenette includes a 7 gallon fresh water tank and 4 gallon grey water tank, and a hand pump faucet.Bathroom: No typical bathroom. We use designed toilet seat with biodegradable bags and that perfectly works for us. We use portable shower designed as a bag with a shower head attachment to be used outside.Sleeping: Two leaves store under the driver side bench and unfold in-between both benches creating a full size bed. The cushions are a full size 6" memory foam mattress, super comfortable!Living Space: Front passenger seat swivels and can be used for additional living space seating. Driver bench features a 12"x36" wood pull out on 500 lbs. rated slides that can be used as an outside table or cook top.Outdoor Living Space: Rooftop patio! Our favorite. Awesome camper van experience! So nice inside with everything you could need plus extra special touches like the hammock. And Maria was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We look forward to our next trip.

I can’t put into words how amazing of an experience I had with Maria and her campervan! Prior to and during my trip, Maria would respond quickly to any questions I had and worked with me on some last minute changes with kindness and understanding! Her sprintervan was above and beyond any expectations I had, everything was so thoughtfully laid out and I appreciated her walking through all the features with me! It drove great and I felt safe/comfortable the entire time. Even during unexpected rainy weather, I put up her hammock inside and knocked out a couple books listening to the rain! I would recommend Maria and her sprintervan to anyone whose made it onto her rental page, and am already looking forward for the next time I can “Rent and Runaway” :)

Even better than we expected! We had a wonderful time. No regrets. The van was perfect. Very fuel efficient and set up well. Bed is comfortable too. Maria has been great to work with.

Wow- This van was an absolute dream. We rented Runaway for a week & went to
Outer Banks. Maria was so sweet & kind, & most of all genuinely excited &
interested in our plans. She offered us tips & ideas for places to explore.
She was wonderful to work with. The van was easy to drive with all of the
safety features like blind spot warning lights, lane assist, & back up
camera. It was comfortable & cozy in all the right ways. It was equipped
with everything we needed & even some added touches like an extra fan & the
magnetic bug screen which allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze & sounds at
night. We enjoyed sunsets & sunrises on the rooftop patio- my favorite
feature. What an amazing experience. We would recommend Runaway and renting
from Maria to anyone!
