Setup Fee = $200 and includes setup, breakdown and grey/black tank dumping (onsite).No pets and no smoking allowed. We also don't allow the cooking of raw seafood or shell fish as well as bacon inside the trailer.Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions.

5This is an awesome trailer and great host. Our family of six loved the space, layout, and condition of the trailer. Brendon was helpful, thorough, and it is obvious he cares about taking care of the trailer and his guests.

5Mr Brendon, is an awesome host. Me and my family rented his RV this past weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. He was on time and had everything set up by the time I got there. He also checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. I definitely recommend renting from him and I will be renting from him again

5This is a very nice RV and had everything we needed to use it as a home base for our family adventures in San Diego. We chose delivery and Brendon made sure the RV was there when we needed it and helped us get familiar with it for our stay. The kids had plenty of room in the garage and the entire family was able to fit into the master bedroom for movie nights.
