Jill was super helpful and communicative. Prepare to spend at least an hour going over the van on day 1 as there's a lot to learn. But Jill also provides written guides in case you forget anything or have any issues and she's super responsive if you do have any questions. Jill has equipped this van so well. It's got everything you'll need - a little wisk broom, hand soap, dish soap, spices, flashlights, lanterns, lighters for a campfire, clean linens, cleaning supplies - just bring food and clothing. The mattress was perfectly comfortable. There are insulated shades for all the windows that block light and a thermal blackout curtain that separates the cabin from the front seats. Also the listing says dogs welcome and encouraged and she actually means it. I had brought along some covers for the groove lounge bed for my dogs but Jill told me not to bother with them. I highly recommend renting from Jill. No pet fees, no parking fees, great van, and great host.

My host Jill and vehicle Rimrock were both fantastic and met and exceeded expectations. Jill was hospitable, knowledgeable and super helpful. I especially appreciated how the van was outfitted with many items needed for vanlife, from fresh linens, to cleaning items, to collapsible chairs, and emergency items. Also, included a thorough written How-to-use/troubleshooting guide. The Van was in tiptop shape, and equally hospitable. HIGHLY recommended.
