Everything was wonderful. Beautiful camper and good communication.

Derrick is a good communicator. He also assisted us by picking up on time and dropping off on time. The living room in the fifth wheel was very comfortable and useful. AC blows cold and worked well at a full 50Amp hook up site.

I asked for more pictures and he provided them.
Door was extremely hard to open, especially when you have many little ones camping. They could not open the screen door. The propane went out 4 hours into our trip and we didn’t know until it was midnight and it was 45 degrees outside. Had to bundle up- the extra propane tank was empty. Derick did respond the next day and was apologetic.
