Nice clean trailer with a real queen bed up front, pullout bed under the couch and the table makes into a bed. The kids bedroom has a tip out and their own space with a door, two bunks and another bed that can be made into a double with the folding pads on the floor. There is a rail on one bunk to keep kiddos from rolling out.Two tip outs total. One in the main area where the table and couch are (the other in the back room). Coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cast iron pans, bbq, outdoor kitchen with extra mini fridge, real plates & utensils. Sleeping bags & pillows for the back bedroom but real bedding up front.There is a tv, DVD player, radio with indoor/outdoor speakers. We have included a few dvd’s. The water heater works great, there is a small bathtub perfect for bathing littles. The back bedroom has foam bedding pads that can be removed for a pack and play (not provided).If you do not have a cooler, we can make arrangements. Inside is a small fridge/freezer for food items. If you want us to clean, empty and fill propane, waste tanks, we can for a fee.
