Spacious and comfortable, Billie boasts full-size bunks, a queen Murphy bed, and a convertible dinette that transforms into another bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, so you can cook up a feast. For outdoor cooking adventures, a griddle is included. Bedding is all set with linens, blankets, and towels provided for your convenience. This unit also features the Intervac System, a foot-lift vacuum for easy cleaning. • Grey/Black water tanks must be returned empty unless the Tank Dump option is purchased as an Add-on to the rental.(Full-service delivery includes us dumping the tanks)
Propane does not need to be filled if it is above 1/2 full.
Off-road: returned clean & you are liable for damage
Tires are checked and verified before each rental and the guest is responsible for any tire or other damage/repair.
Dogs are allowed- you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, including hair/food/liquids/debris/etc You will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet!
Billie must be returned clean in the same condition it was received in. Please take out all the trash, sweep all floors, and remove your food, except the staples provided. Post-trip cleaning does not cover any sort of pet mess, excessive sand/dirt/mud, stains, rips, tears, missing/broken items or components, Etc. Extra cleaning will be charged against your security deposit.
Guests are STRONGLY encouraged to extensively photograph/video record the RV, both inside and out, before and after the rental so that you have your own record of the condition of the vehicle before and after the trip. No one is allowed to access the roof for any reason. The roof is inspected before and after each rental. Be aware of all overhead obstructions. Damages to the roof and its components can be very expensive.
Drop off is 9-10 am and Pick up is 3-4 pm, we are flexible if pre-arranged ahead of time.
NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the RV, including CANNABIS and their odors. Any smoking or vaping will result in a forfeiture of $300 from your security deposit and additional charges for cleaning/smoke mitigation. We must be contacted before doing any repairs on the RV for any reimbursements to be considered.
There will be a Late Fee of $35/HR for every hour the camper is not returned by the pre-arranged return time.
