Please do not climb on the roof. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, Owner reserves the right to charge up to $750 to clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. Renters must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
