First let me say that Keaton and Eden are incredible host, they tried everything they could to fix the issues we were having. To start the trip, we didn't have the correct extension cord to plug into the wall socket so we had no air conditioning, and in Florida it is a must regardless of the time of year. We located the correct extension cord which unfortunately added to the cost of our trip that we didn't need, however, once plugged in, we discovered that the air conditioning did not work, either the compressor or capacitor needed to be replaced. We spent Monday night with a few fans and made it thru, but Tuesday night was very warm and made for a miserable evening. On Wednesday morning we decided that the heat was too much, so we had to rent a motel for the remainder of our trip which added to a trip we had already paid for and more saddening, cut into the time we got to spend with our new grandbaby, the reason why we took the trip to begin with. I would truly like to see some sort of refund for this trip as we planned it well in advance with terrible results. Thank you, Keaton and Eden, for at least trying to fix the issues but our Christmas and grandbaby time was not as wonderful as we had planned.

Great RV, all the amenities of a perfect home away from home. Couldn’t have asked for a better host nor RV, both were top notch!
