2011 Forest River Sunseeker
We are happy to share our Beautiful Class C Motorhome that can sleep 8. This unit has some great features for making your trip more enjoyable such as, excellent sight seeing visibility with full windows on both sides for optimal viewing. We have replaced the bedroom mattress with a luxury Eurotop for a comfortable sleep. This unit also has a step down from the bedroom to allow for high ceilings in the living area. I've included a picture of the great layout so you get a better feel for the design. There is a very large storage area in the rear for keeping all your gear in. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and folds down into a small double bed. There is a queen size overhead sleeping cabin with a tv/dvd player mounted on the wall and it has storage under pillow area. There is a jackknife couch that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, small oven, 3 burner stove, double sink, air conditioning and a furnace for those chilli nights. Overall it is just a fantastic family unit. Please Read to the bottom of this regarding booking dates during our own vacation times.

We provide bedding: a soft fitted sheet, duvets with soft duvet covers and pillows with soft covers as well as mattress and pillow protectors. We will need to know how many beds/people required for the booking, please confirm this with us prior, if you would rather bring your own bedding just let us know. There are 4 camping chairs, 1 folding outside table, 1 outside area rug, 1 bug screen tent and roasting sticks for the fire. We will also include towels, face cloths, hand towels, small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, bar soap, hand soap, sanitizer and first aid kit.Fully Stocked Kitchen Cookware, Microwave, Oven & 3 Burner Stove, Fridge/Freezer, BBQ Tools, Utensils, Pots & Pans, Cups, Coffee Mugs, Plates, Bowls, Paper Towel, Wine & Can Opener, Strainer, Cheese Grater, Wisk, Peeler, Rubber Spatula, Mixing Bowl, Meas. We have made sure to provide a very thorough disinfecting cleaning to meet the Covid Cleaning Requirements and Policies that are in place before and after each rental. We are pet friendly for well behaved and trained furry family members but, please DO NOT leave your pets unattended in the motorhome. We also ask that there be no vaping or any type of smoking in this vehicle. No Driving on dirt roads other than the campsites. Please leave the unit in a clean manner and all we ask is that you Please Respect the unit while in use. We have a separate SRA that will need to be signed prior to departure. This includes information on any fees that will be applied from misuse, damage or loss of rental income.PLEASE NOTE : WE HAVE SOME DATES IN MAY, AUG AND SEPT 2023 THAT WE ARE OUT OF TOWN AND WE WILL NEED TO WORK AROUND THESE DATES PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING. Thanks for checking us out, we are the Olsens! We love the outdoors and travelling is one of our greatest pleasures and living in the beautiful sunny Okanagan has provided us with some of our best experiences. There are so many places to explore, with beautiful lakes and scenery the adventures are endless. We love promoting the Okanagan and its beautiful must see places. We have a background in business ownership already and we are looking forward to exploring this next adventure. Over the past 12 years we have camped at as many places around the Okanagan, Shuswap, Kootenays and Rockies that we could. We enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, e biking, boating and fishing. Great experience. They were very prepared and thorough with their instructions and the RV was in great shape. Like to them for all the little details that they included especially since we didn't think of them all so it was greatly appreciated.

Our family had Tania and Keith's RV for a week. Tania and Keith were very pleasant, accommodating, thorough and overall did a great job with instructions for our rental. We had such a delightful stay in the RV and it made for a great base camp. Tania and Keith offered us the little things in the RV that made the trip that much more. We had complimentary teas, coffee, soaps, towels and snacks. The RV ran smooth, the inside was clean and the mattress on our bed was very comfortable. The RV also had additional things you would want to have on your RV trip (ie: camp chairs, folding tables, outdoor mat, and more.) We had such a nice stay there, a fantastic trip and will have good memories. We would definitely rent from Tania and Keith again. Thanks to you both!

We had a wonderful experience with Tania and Keith! Great communication, immaculate motorhome, thorough orientation and numerous small touches that made a huge difference. The motorhome fit our family of 6 perfectly and we will definitely look to book with Keith and Tania again for our next adventure.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pickup and drop-off times can be somewhat flexible to work with both the renter and the owners schedule, this should be discussed and agreed to prior to the trip. There needs to be time for cleaning and maintenance in-between renters.
