Your your next outdoor getaway is only a click-away. Our camper is new and absolutely loaded - King bed with 10 inch Purple memory firm mattress, LCD TV, microwave, 3-unit oven and stove, electric fireplace, plush theater seating, and Huge bathroom & shower. It also has loads of storage and shelving for all of your clothes, food, and luggage. You'll also have everything you need to tow and hookup - 50-->30-->110 AC converters, heated hose, hitch with sway bars (as required), wheel and chocks. This camper is ready for your next adventure!**Please note** The awning was damaged in a storm and is not available. I will provide a 10'x10' tent. The pricing reflects the lack of an awning. There is also some light cosmetic damage around the bathroom door.The manufacturer says that this camper can sleep four people. However, some have had trouble fitting that many adults. Three adults will fit comfortably and 4 adults if one person is comfortable sleeping in a reclining chair. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We love setting the camper up for our guests, and it's important that renters are present for security as well as showing how to operate the RV. It's much easier for everyone if the renter is present at handoff.
