Please follow these guidelines to help ensure a smooth trip for you and future guests: • No smoking or vaping inside the RV – any smoke smell will result in a cleaning fee. • No climbing on the roof. • No off-roading or unmaintained dirt roads unless approved in advance. • Please secure awning during wind or when unattended. Damage to the awning is the renter’s responsibility. • Black & gray tanks must be emptied before return unless you purchase the dump service. Failure to do so will result in penalties of $110. • Return the RV clean (wiped surfaces, swept floors, dishes cleaned). Excessive cleaning fees may apply if returned dirty. • Absolutely no illegal activity or use at events that violate Outdoorsy policy. • Pets allowed only with prior approval. • Proper tow vehicle + brake controller required when towing. • Please drive safely — no speeding, sudden braking, or harsh turns.
