All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid license and a clean driving record. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome, with a $500 cleaning fee if detected. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 pet fee per pet, with damage costs deducted from the security deposit. Waste tanks must be emptied before return, or a $75 dumping fee applies. Use levelers and wheel chocks at campsites, and retract awnings during high winds. Contact us immediately for any mechanical issues or emergencies, and avoid unauthorized major repairs. Follow campground rules, be considerate of neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum.

We started coming to the Florida Keys two years ago. What began as a brief escape quickly evolved into us becoming permanent residents and now calling this beautiful place home. Each year, we would load up our motorcoach and head south to get some relief from our Michigan winters. Our coach provided a home away from home and allowed us to truly connect with the natural beauty of the Keys. Even after we moved from our RV into a house down here on the islands, the charm and freedom of RV living stayed with us. We cherished those times so much that we decided to keep our coach and turn it into a rental, offering other families the chance to experience the same joy and exploration that has enriched our lives. Whether you're looking to create lasting memories or simply escape to a slice of paradise, we invite you to discover the Keys through the unique charm of our beloved RV.
