5The trailer was new, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked. Sam’s communication was excellent, and delivery and pickup were right on time. We really appreciated the attention to detail—everything from dishes, cookware, and nice linens (towels and bedding) to an outdoor mat, camping chairs, a large water jug, and the BBQ add-on, which was a must for us. The only thing we wish we had known ahead of time was that the bathroom use was limited, no number twos or flushing toilet paper, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. For our family with kids and a comfort station not close by, this was challenging. Otherwise, we were very happy with the rental and the service provided.
