Small easy to tow with SUV or small truck. Newly installed Autowbrake trailer mounted controller that can be used with vehicles that have no brake controller.
High clearance and off-road tires for primitive and off-the-grid camping. Battery lasts us about a week for lights and running water. Propane used for fridge, stove, or heater. Large 30 gallon fresh water tank, LED lights and speakers outside, memory foam queen bed with freshly washed bed cover and linens.
DOG friendly with no additional charge. Please just message us to get approval.
We are available for drop off/pickup if you choose and you can choose the cleaning fee option if you want us to take care of dumping waste and cleaning.
If off the grid... When you can not plug in, you can use battery and propane to make camping comfortable. You will not have power to air conditioning, microwave, or any outlets in the camper. Please be aware of this and prepare to power devices another way.
First timers... Please watch the outdoorsy videos provided, especially if you plan on dumping black and grey water yourself.

-A kitchen setup for 4 people. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, bowls, plates, cups and camp wine glasses. French coffee press.
-Paper towels, rv septic safe toilet paper, tin foil, garbage bags.
There are also curtesy items, such as zip lock bags, lighters, air freshening spray, cooking spray, salt and pepper, coffee filters, batteries, cleaning wipes ect. These items may fluctuate in availability.
-We stock hand soap and dish soaps.
-Games to play in the afternoon. Hiking Book for Steamboat Area.
-Sand mat for entry.
-Bedding for queen bed and towels for body and hand. If you need bedding for dinette bed or more towels, please let us know ahead of time.
-First Aid Kit.
-2 camping chairs.
-Leveling blocks, tire chocks, and leveling wheel mount.
We wash all bedding and linens between guests. Guests are expected to leave camper the way they received it, unless you choose to pay $150 cleaning fee, which includes waste dump. This meaning clean and disinfected. We do however, wipe and disinfect all surfaces between users.
Recommandations
Routt county offers beautiful camping whether its off-the-grid or in designated campsites. If you don't have a vehicle or planning on getting in late, we will often times be available for delivery and set up at an additional cost. We can help you with establishing a camp, so you wont need to search all night when you arrive.
If you cannot find a camp spot, please reach out to us. We have been in routt county 20+ years and can give some suggestions.

This camper has a low ceiling, which was designed to help with the high clearance/low profile. If you are over 6 foot, you might be ducking down a bit. The ceiling is 6'1" and might want to consider something else.
This camper offers a 2-way fridge, meaning it will only work on gas for off-grid, or AC if you have access to power outlets. You will not be able to use the fridge while driving from your 12v battery.
Please be aware that the freshwater tank is 30 gallons. The 20 gallon grey water often fills faster than the 20 gallon blackwater tank.
This rig is dog friendly, we just ask that you get approval and dont leave dogs unattended.
“Raindrop Water" is a good place to fill the 30 gallon freshwater tank if you will not have access at camp. They have a 24/7 fill station located at:

Tricia is fabulous to work with. The camper was stocked and ready for us and she communicated with us several times before and during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful camper and a great camping experience!

This was our first time in a camper and what a great experience! So many positives: on time delivery and pick up, super clean, well stocked, amazingly comfortable, great owners who definitely take pride in their camper and providing a good experience for their renters. I would have given 10 stars but there are only 5 as an option!

Trish and Pete are the kind of owners that keep us coming back to Outdoorsy when we are looking to rent a camper.
Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, do the extras- like filling the water tank when we were running short on time to pick up their camper, Keeping us informed about local conditions- possible other camping spots for a Plan B. They made it fun and easy. We will definitely recommend them and their "Jayco Baja Off-road" others!!
