Tim & Nissa Brodman. We are military veterans serving in both OEF and OIF. We have a small, sustainable farm just north of Steamboat Springs, Colorado with pigs, goats, cattle, chickens, ducks, geese and a huge garden (www.thelittlepenny.com). We have four little girls who love the farm life. We love to hike, fish, SUP, ski, sled, and just be outside! Going anywhere with this wild family is memorable!

It was so easy to Rent this RV. Tim was so nice, and prompt with response for any needs or updates. We went off grid and had batteries go dead on generator and so we had a couple not so warm nights. Tim accomidated our needs and was very apologetic and i am sure the issue will be rectified. I will have no problem renting again.

Tim walked us through the function and feature of all the appliances and noted all time, mileage and fluid levels. The RV was comfortable on a 4 day camp out at Stagecoach reservoir. Dumping the black and gray water tanks was easy and took only a few minutes. We had a good time and will rent from Tim and Lissa again.

Tim was fantastic to deal with and the RV was everything we expected and more. It was in great condition and fully stocked. Tim went out of his way to make sure that we had a great experience. THANK YOU TIM! We did get a flat tire on the trip and Outdoorsy was not helpful. Instead of taking care of it ourselves, we contacted Outdoorsy to help. We waited more than 5 hours to get a tire changed to get another phone call from them to say that it was going to be longer. I made my own call and had someone there in 45 minutes.
