Thanks for checking out our camper! This travel trailer is easy to tow yet spacious enough for camping with family/friends (sleeps 6-8). Space is quite versatile, we hope it fits your camping needs!*Primitive Camping not allowed from 11/1-4/1*Queen bed in front room, sofa and dinette fold down into spacious sleeping, 2 double sized bunk beds in the rear, full bathroom with shower, kitchen with under-mount sink, full size refrigerator, flush mount 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, 12' power awning with LED lights, indoor/outdoor speakers, Bluetooth stereo and USB charging throughout.Sit and enjoy the outdoors under the large awning while streaming your favorite music. For winding down at night or that nasty rainy day, a Smart-TV has been installed to enjoy your favorite streaming app.There is plenty of storage for an average size family, including space under the couch, dinette, and front bed.. a shelf above the sofa, kitchen cabinet and drawers, plus outside pass through compartment!We provide delivery and set-up/take-down services (basic). Weekday (Monday-Friday) delivery is after 5pm.
Please reach out to us to coordinate all delivery requests Before booking. We are up for about anything as long as it doesn't do any damage to our travel trailer.

My name is Daniel "Scott" Good. My wife, Jess and our 3 amazing boys would like to say hello and welcome! I am a full time carpenter by trade building custom homes in Charlottesville, VA (but really consider myself a "Jack of All Trades") and my wife works in healthcare administration for UVA Medical Center. We have lived in Central VA our entire lives and have been living that camper life for years as well. We enjoy trail riding in our Jeep Wrangler named Possum along side our off road group, Road Kill Off Road. Our second home is Tennessee, where we visit throughout the year. Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Our travel trailer requires a 30amp electrical supply/hookup. We supply all needed water lines and filter. For black tank, there is a $75 dump fee. For sewage hookup, we also supply lines.
