Enjoy a comfortable, relaxed camping trip in this top of the line model for Coachmen tent trailer. Although it is a 1996 camper, it has been newly renovated with new floors, paint, and window treatments to make you feel right at home. This camper looks and performs like new. (Note: awning is currently under repair, I will take this down as soon as I get it fixed)If you are worried about the set up process, I have made a comprehensive, step by step video of me setting it up from beginning to end.Important: If you want me to set it up please tell me the dates you will need it before you rent it. I have a very busy schedule and I will have to check it before I confirm that I can set up on any date.Highlights include dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, sleeping bags (3 adult and 2 kid bags available upon request), indoor and outdoor camp stoves with propane, water pump for running water to sink, and ice cold air conditioning for those hot Florida days, and lights for the king beds on either end. Fitted bottom sheets provided for king end beds. If you would like anything that’s not listed let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. All you need to bring is yourself and sense of adventure.This trailer is easy to pull at only 1839 pounds and doesn’t require electric brakes. Because of its low profile and weight when closed, it is very maneuverable and good on gas milage. It requires tow vehicle to have a 2" ball (I can lend you mine if needed). Our trailer has been fabric treated regularly and won't leak a single drop even in the wildest rainfalls.No smoking in this trailer please!We will be happy to demonstrate how to open and close the unit at pick-up or can deliver the trailer and help set up at camp for the delivery fees mentioned. Camper is in need of some repairs however the main frustration was the lack of prep. Camper was very dirty and likely put away wet as it reeked of mildew. Had to go get febreeze and air it out before setting up inside and both propane tanks were empty so no cooking, no heat. Got my own electric heater. No jack rod to jack up the stands and level, had to use my car jack. Tags expired. Might be a better experience if you have it set up but you will want to check things before you get cozy and want to cook.

Everything was just fantastic from the communication, to the pop-up itself. Lucas made everything so easy from his video, to his responsiveness, to the cleanliness. One of the best rentals we've had. My family will definitely be looking to rent from Lucas again as a 1st choice.

Great camper for a 1996 pop up. It came with everything you need, so if there was something we forgot it was in the camper. Owner was straightforward about the crank needing to be secured a certain way and it was easy to discuss the zipper issues with the awning case. Also has a nice YouTube video of how to set up.

The camper does not live up to the description, not like new. Will not use again.

It is a vintage camper which may be appealing to some, but it is not new. All the amenities that came in the camper work as intended and I have also recently renovated it, which is why I say it looks and performs like new in the description. I’m sorry you were disappointed despite my repeated efforts to make you happy.

What a great experience using lucas pop up camper . This is an older camper but he has done alot of work to keep it in great shape. It was very clean . It rained 1 night and we stayed nice and dry.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

You can pick up or drop off the RV almost any day in the morning let me know in da Vance and I will let you know. If you want me to set up the camper I might be able to accommodate you at Madeira Beach KOA, Fort Desoto or others nearby depending on the day.
