2023 Dutchmen Coleman Rubicon
This is a great little camper if you want to get out and about. We have an outdoor griddle as well as a two burner stove in the camper. We provide basic kitchen utensils, pots&pans. The other nice thing about this camper is you don’t need a huge truck to pull it, most suvs and trucks can pull this camper no problem. We do not provide linens for the beds, you will need to provide your own. I can empty the gray and black water tanks for an additional fee. I will also deliver for an additional fee, however delivery is only available if I am available when you need it delivered/picked up. Unless you’re going to need the air conditioner or microwave, the camper will run on the battery. Operates off 30amp plug. Camping chairs are not provided.

Some of our rentals go out that same day, so be kind! Outdoorsy will put a time on there, but we can work out the particulars. Then, we need to hit that agreed time.
5. You're financially responsible for the wireless brake unit if you are towing it. Make sure you remove it once you unhook at any place you are in and stow it in a safe/memorable place for the next usage.
6. Dump prior to return of grey and black tanks. $100 dump fee if not returned empty.
7. Biggest rule is to have fun and enjoy it. The rules above are for the safety of you and the camper. It also ensures that others who have worked hard to have their vacation have a camper that is ready for them!
