For the coast, Lee-on-the-Solent and Hill Head Beach are both close by and ideal for beach walks, swimming, or just relaxing by the sea.You’re also well placed between Southampton and Portsmouth, both offering plenty to do, shopping, restaurants or historic waterfront areas like the Spinnaker Tower.It’s a really convenient location with a good mix of coast, countryside, and city options all within a short drive.Description of Beds: Victoria sleeps up to four people; two downstairs and two in the scenic pop top, which can also be used without the bed pulled down, for extra headspace and room during the day.The “ground floor” bed is a small double once set up for bed time and the pop top bed is a full-size double that comfortably sleeps two adults on it’s inflatable mattress.Description of Seating: Three belted seats in the front (including driver) with headrests. In the living area you can fit up to 5 - 3 on the sofa and 2 on the double swivel seat.Description of Electrical Setup: Victoria is fully electric with a giant 460ah lithium battery and an equally large inverter to power anything you desire. There are 4 240v sockets in the cupboard below the tv and 6 usb/usb-c sockets dotted about to use. Victoria doesn’t have an external hook-up but the battery is big enough that you shouldn’t need to worry!Parking: There is parking available at our house within a quiet gated community in Swanwick.Kitchen Facilities: Victoria has a Wonder Oven installed which is an all-in-one air fryer, roaster, toaster, grill and steamer, it's an excellent bit of kit and has everything you could need to cook up a feast! Victoria includes 2 glass cups, 2 bowls, 2 large dining plates, 2 small plates, 2 pasta bowls, cutlery for 4, chopping knives, cooking utensils, a chopping board and some different cooking trays for the oven. The kitchen has a topped-up soap dispenser, washing up sponge and a toothbrush holder. Victoria also has a 50L fridge freezer for all your snacks and goodies.Bathroom Facilities: There is a 10L hot water tank in Victoria that supplies water to the sink and external shower via a Bobil air hybrid hot air system. This can also be heated through solar when the batteries are full. There is a further 70L fresh water underslung and also a reverse osmosis filtration system for drinking water with a separate tap. Finally, there is a small flushable chemical toilet at the end of the sofa area.Audio & Visual Equipment: Victoria has an Apple Car Play system in the cab area. She also has a smart TV in the back for wind-down viewing.Type of Heating: Victoria is set up with a Bobil air hybrid diesel heater which takes care of warming up the living area and also heating up the boiler.Pet Information: Unfortunately we don’t accept pets.Conversion Story: Victoria is the product of 8 years of designing and fine tuning camper vans, she is my 17th van conversion!My journey into van conversions started with building my own camper in 2018 as a hobby, with the goal of travelling Europe and experiencing life in a different way.
