A like-new 39’ travel trailer with a bunkhouse and outdoor kitchen.
This unit features 2 TVs, triple slides, an electric Fireplace, an auto-leveling system, and an outdoor shower. Plenty of room for everybody, and an upscale relaxing way to enjoy your stay! The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge, sink, 2 burner stove top, and a Blackstone griddle.The unit requires 50amp service to run both A/c units. The RV can run on 30 amp service with the adapter provided but you can only use 1 A/C unit at a time.Included Items:
* Basic cooking items (plates, bowls, utensils, pots & pans, blackstone griddle)
* Bed linens, pillows, extra blankets
* Basic cleaning items
* Bunks in the bunkhouse have weight limits and are strictly enforced. (150 lbs. & 300 lbs.)
* Small foldable table, outside area mats, towel drying rack*This trailer is heavy. Please verify your tow vehicle tow ratings and hitch weight ratings. This camper is HEAVY. It is highly recommended that you have at least a 3/4 ton vehicle (F250/2500) if you plan to tow this anywhere. Hitch weight is 1040lbs, and wights 8750 completely dry. If you don’t, I will happily tow it to the location of your choice and set you up, and show you everything you need to know about the camper.
