The RV features a 36-gallon fresh water tank, three waste tanks (galley, grey, and black), a 12.2-gallon propane tank, and a 6-gallon water heater. The fridge and freezer operate on electric or propane. It includes an Onan MicroQuiet 4000 generator with 590 operating hours and an emergency start switch allowing the coach to start with house batteries.Maintenance and upgrades include rear tires, front tires and alignment, roof resealing and vent replacement, a new queen mattress, and a hot water heater anode rod replacement. Smoke, propane, and CO alarms have been updated, lithium-ion house batteries installed, all exterior clearance lights replaced, and the generator air filter has been renewed.Additional equipment included with the sale are a fresh water hose, two water pressure regulators, four wheel covers, three fire extinguishers, an over-bunk TV, twenty leveling blocks, a first aid kit, an oversized camping rug, sewer hoses with connectors, and a Power WatchDog surge protector.This RV has been everything we’ve needed over the past few years and is in better condition now than when we purchased it.
