This fantastic RV features two slide outs, a rear bedroom and a kid's den/bunk area.As you step inside, a dinette with overhead cabinets is located to your right. Over the cab, a standard 60" x 80" bunk with storage offers extra sleeping space.Across from the entry door, a slide out highlights a sofa, overhead cabinets and a three burner range with overhead microwave. Continuing around the corner there is a kitchen sink, overhead cabinets and a flip down counter extension. A refrigerator and pantry are on the opposite wall.As you move toward the back of the Sunseeker 3170DS, a private kid's area offer a kid's sofa sleeper with a flip-down 28" x 72" bunk above. There is storage on the opposite wall.The private bathroom across from the kid's den includes a toilet, linen storage, sink, medicine cabinet, and a tub.A rear queen bedroom features overhead storage cabinets at the head of the bed. Double wardrobes and drawers are across the room with space for an optional TV.Outside you can enjoy the optional TV, plus more!

- Smoking is NOT allowed in any RV. If evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of cigarette smoke or wood smoke, there will be a minimum charge of $750.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the RV.
- Pets are allowed for a $750.00 fee on some units. Renter is responsible for the cost of any damage caused by pets. All pets must stay crated while in the RV.
- During freezing weather, RVs must be used with extreme caution. You are fully responsible for the unit and any damage that may be caused by allowing the unit or systems to freeze,
- Generator usage of 3 hours per rental day is included. Additional usage will be billed at $5/hr.
- Mileage usage of 100 miles per rental day is included. Additional mileage will be billed at $0.35/mile
- Towing is not allowed unless towing option is purchased
- Traveling on private, gravel, or logging roads and other non-public roads, beaches etc. is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for any accidents or mechanical breakdowns occurring in a travel restricted areas, remote areas such as Death Valley, Yellowstone, etc, or difficult to access areas such as state parks, races, sporting events, concerts etc. You are responsible for all recovery and or repair costs that occur in such areas as well as related expense and late charges. Due to restrictions on vehicle heights, propane gas and parking, vehicles with propane are not permitted in Manhattan and are not permitted to travel through any underground or underwater tunnels.
