*48 hours or more needed in advance to modify*Ce qui est inclusOur Paradise keeps you comfy in both the hot or cooler weather with a furnace and air conditioning and is stocked with these complimentary items: 2 complete Queen bedding with quality sheet sets/comforters, extra cozy blankets, beach/bath & kitchen towels, folding camp chairs, folding side tables, prep table, camp gear (battery-operated lanterns, clothesline, hammock, hand vac, broom/dust pan, citronella candles, campfire starters, telescoping skewers, portable air compressor, shovel/ax/tools, etc.) most all kitchen comforts, lg outdoor patio mat, 10x10 pop-up canopy for over picnic table, and all your paper products (paper towels, napkins, RV TP, Kleenex, paper plates), and games/puzzles for all ages. We literally have packed the RV with most everything you need! (Upon request, I can provide a complete list of all equipment we provide.)I pride myself on a clean and sanitary RV for your safety and ours. Our Paradise The entire interior and exterior are cleaned, sanitized, restocked, and maintenance conducted between each rental for maximum comfort. * NO other pets, NO large dogs - dogs less than 50 lbs. or as pre-approved.
* No bikes, scooters, camp chairs, BBQ, or other outdoor equipment allowed inside. Please use exterior storage and available bike chain locks for securing outside.
* All cleaning and cooking of fish shall be done outside the RV.
* RV shall be returned in clean order or excessive cleaning charges can be imposed.
* Refuel fee: $60 for every 1/4 tank ($250 charged for full tank) - Please return with a FULL tank to avoid fees.
