5.0Super smooth and easy! I changed my mind at the last minute to have the camper delivered, which was no problem. He had the camper there and set up when I arrived, and broke it all down and haul it away right before we left. We had a minor kitchen issue, but again he was super understanding and worked with us to work it out. all in all a great experience and would absolutely rent again!
