DO NOT RENT THIS VAN!! I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT THIS VAN!!
Charged me $1400 for 2 nights with all the “add ons”, including a $250 dumping fee!! Which had I known it was that much, before I entered the gated community to return the van, I would’ve dumped it before entering!! (& it was only used once in an emergency & it was only liquid) I even brought the van back earlier even tho I agreed to the extra $100 charge for choosing to pick up & drop off outside the 1pm time frame.
He charged me for using the generator even tho it was connected to a power source the whole time!
& I wish I noticed the mileage fee before I booked but also think he should’ve mentioned it when he learned the trip I was going to take that was way outside the allotted miles!
I feel like this is some sort of scam.
I’ve rented 2 other times by 2 different people & they were not like this AT ALL. Upon entering the van, there were markings on the steering wheel as well, which might mean different things culturally, but nonetheless, considering today’s climate, could be considered poor taste.
