Large open living space offers plenty of room for the entire family.Relax and watch tv (60" TV in the living area) with dual recliners.Residential fridge / freezer with enough room for all your groceries in one trip.Great out door kitchen with small gas grill and a small sink.Rear bathroom has outdoor access so people don't have to go through the interior to get to a bathroom if they are dirty, sandy etc.This like new trailer has a large awning, LED awning and cap lights , and outdoor speakers for amazing out door comfort while hanging at the campground.Continuous on-demand hot water heater so the whole family can get showers in without waiting between.Dual air conditioner units to stay cool even on the hottest ( and humid Texas !) summer days !

We provide clean sheets, blankets, and pillows. Each bed has 1 blanket, so bring extra pillows and sleeping bags / blankets if you like to be extra bundled up. The pull out couches have beading and pillows underneath.Recommendations:
Other things to note: RecommandationsWhile the unit is set up for WIFI, a WIFI Router is not provided.
