An amazing time awaits you in this wonderful home away from home.
You will enjoy this RV with 2 slide outs, creating ample space throughout.Especially in the dining area which is spacious with a large dining table (seats 4 comfortably) and couch. The driver and the passenger have plenty of space.Comes with an A/C and heater, AM/FM radio & CD player, and a USB cable to charge your phone or a hook-up.This RV has a separate full-sized shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen features a refrigerator, a freezer. a stove, oven, microwave, and sink.There is a TV and DVD player for some down time.Sleeping accommodations for up to 10, which includes a separate queen bed, a queen bunk, bunk beds, and both the kitchen table seating and couch transform into two separate beds.Manual awning, rear-view camera. The generator can be started from inside of the RV.** Early Pick-UP: $50.00- You can pick up the RV as early as 8 AM on your pickup date-- if no one else has it rented out. Just Ask **** Late drop off- $80.00- You can return up to 6 PM if no one has the RV booked on the same day that you are scheduled to return.#No Smoking allowed in the RV -- Evidence of smoking will be met with a $200 deep cleaning fee from your damage deposit, and additional fees if there is damage. Thank you.Please care for the RV as if it is your own. If you break something, just let me know and please be willing to repair/replace it. I am flexible.Pick up time for the RV is at 3 PM
Drop off time for the RV is at 12 PM *Lastly, you are awarded 125 free miles per day for each paid day. If you anticipate driving more then 100 miles over the free mileage, I will request a payment in advance to cover those extra miles, this fee can be paid when you pick up the RV or with CC. Please do not plan on taking this fee from your deposit.
