• Return the fuel tank full (same as departure) — fuel charges will apply if not refilled - $7.99 a gallon
• Gray/black tanks MUST be emptied before return unless you’ve selected the tank dump add-on (use the flush hose to clean the tank while you're dumping). Returning the van without dumping the tanks or dirty tanks will result in a $200 dumping fine.
• Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible within reason — coordinate with us in advance.
• Treat it like your own — please return the RV in reasonably clean condition. Excessive messes may result in extra cleaning fees.
• No off-roading or unpaved road use unless pre-approved.
• No festivals, tailgates, or unauthorized towing — insurance does not cover damage in these cases.

Our First RV Camping Experience – Absolutely Perfect!
This was our very first time RV camping, and honestly, we were a bit nervous going in as total newbies. But the experience turned out to be amazing thanks to our incredible host! They walked us through everything thoroughly, explained how everything worked, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. Anytime we had a question, they responded right away with helpful answers and support. The RV was clean, well-equipped, and super cozy. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Highly recommend!
