4.0Very comfortable, convenient and easy to drive. Has all the amenities you need, from bedding to salt and pepper, a lantern and dishes . Everything was easy to locate. Do watch the videos before you drive or record the tour with host for better understanding.

2.0This was my first time booking through Outdoorsy. My daughter wanted to rent a camper van for her 10th birthday and based on the reviews and the description, my husband and I opted for Andrea Rujana’s Winnebago Solis 2021 which she’s charging $150/night for. Long story short, we had zero power or access to lights, water, or the stove for half of our trip. In addition, something was wrong with the circuit board which was triggering a fan and an obnoxious beeping sound that would turn on in the middle of the night. I texted the owner multiple times during our trip trying to troubleshoot the multitude of problems. She was very kind and understanding and apologized for the inconvenience and said we’d be reimbursed for our troubles which we were grateful for. Upon returning the vehicle, she sends me a text a few days later trying to gaslight us saying they found nothing wrong with the vehicle and would no longer be reimbursing us. It’s really unfortunate that people think it’s ok to do business this way. We will obviously never be doing business again with her.
