2021 Keystone RV Springdale
This beauty is a 2021 travel trailer with a Quad bunk system by Springdale, 50amp power with Dual a/c units, the 15,000 btu united is ducted throughout the trailer with a digital thermostat & the 13,500 btu is in the master bedroom.
Tons of storage space in the passthrough, under the table, under the couch & under the master bed for all your gear.DVD/USB player connected to the 65" tv in the living room.
Dual refrigerators, outside & In. Inside refrigerator compressor uses 12v and can run on the battery alone in case of a loss of A/C power.Ce qui est inclusYour whole family will fit into this home away from home. The perfect unit for large families or families with older children who prefer some privacy.Outdoor features - The outside of the RV features a large awning, an outdoor shower, a outdoor Speaker system and LED lights. The outdoor kitchen also has a quick connect gas connection.We have outdoor games, outdoor chairs and a camping grill available at no additional charge in the unit. We are an 19 year active duty family, 3 kids, 3 dogs & 2 cool parents :) thus allowing us to deliver into any military base if desired.
We have lived and traveled all over the country, owned multiple units throughout the years, so far this one has been our favorite with the 4 bunk setup in the back for the kiddos.
We just got transferred to San Diego mid 2022 and absolutely love it here; Sun, Beaches, Trails, Kayaking, etc...
This unit has been modified and enhanced to our personal likings & comforts i.e. smart TV's, extra a/c, etc. We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do.

Ramses went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible experience. He also provides a lot of amenities that other RV owners do not. Highly recommend renting from him!

Ramses was very communicative throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The trailer was very clean. Air conditioner worked great. The trailer was very roomy for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Cleaning supplies were provided if needed and a broom. Clean sheets, pillows, and some towels were also provided. The trailer was well equipped with dishes and utensils. Freezer worked great and froze our water bottles so that we were were able to use for our ice chest. A barbecue grill was also provided as well as the outside stove. This worked out great and we were able to cook outside. We also used the oven and had no issues. We would definitely use Ramses trailer for another vacation.

Ramses was a wonderful host! He was extremely communicative when scheduling the drop off and pickup and make sure we had all we needed to have a fun weekend. The trailer was very clean and fully stocked. The bunk beds had tons of cute pillows and blankets which my young nieces loved to hang out in. We brought our 2 German shepherds and our newborn, and we were all comfortable and happy.

Unfortunately, this is my first time not leaving a positive review for the RV. I will say Ramses, was amazing before the process and took care of set up and pick up of the RV. However, we were charged $100 for a prep fee which was supposed to include sanitizing and cleaning of the RV and that was not done. There were hairs all over the floor, on the toilet and in the shower. Luckily we had shower facilities at the campground that we were at so we used those vs using the RV, which was unfortunate. There was also a HORRIBLE fish smell in the fridge and it made the fridge unusable because every time you opened the fridge door, the whole RV would smell of fish for the longest time. We tried to clean the fridge ourselves with Clorox and the smell must have gotten to the coils or been in there for awhile because the cleaning didn't help the smell at all. We let Ramses know about the issues but he had a family member in the hospital and was really unable to do anything. When picked up, Ramses didn't know what the smell came from and was unsure why the RV was so dirty. If the RV was checked prior, there would have been no way to miss the fridge smell or dirty facilities. Even the microwave and trash can looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. It was unfortunate we ran into these issues because everything else with the RV was nice (ie. set up, TVs, outdoor stove and fridge).

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible for pick up and drop off, weekdays before or after work are best for local set ups but if requiring a delivery / pick up to or from outside San Diego, we do require delivery and pick up to be scheduled on a weekend day with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
