• Our trailer may not be taken outside of the United States or Canada. Additionally it may not be taken Off Road. • We do not allow rentals to Burning Man, or to the Black Rock Playa. • Rentals start at 5pm and end at 4pm unless otherwise arranged. • Our travel trailer is non- smoking. • Renter is responsible for any damage that may occur to the unit during the rental including damage to the awning. The awning should not be extended during inclement weather. • Grey and Black water tanks must be fully emptied prior to return, unless prepaid service has been purchased as a add on. • Propane tank is to be refilled (not exchanged) prior to return, unless prepaid service has been purchased as a add on. • Generator fuel tank is to be refilled with 87-91 octane unleaded fuel prior to return, unless prepaid service has been purchased as a add on. • Our trailer is to be returned same condition as picked up. For full transparency here are our charges some items that may occur more frequently than others. Excessive / extra cleaning fees are $60 per hour . Smoking remediation is $500+ Although we do not allow rentals to burning man, is we find the unit has gone to Burning Man there will be a $4000 additional rental fee, plus $2000 minimum cleaning fee plus the cost of any damages and replacement of mechanical systems and components damaged by the corrosive Playa dust. The following fees apply if these items are required at return and have not been added as add-ons and prepaid. -Non-refilled propane is $20 plus cost of propane. -Non-refilled generator fuel is $20 plus cost of fuel. -Non-prepaid Grey and Blank Tank service is $60. One or more trackers may be attached to the trailer, keys or items provided. Some renters may receive ""AirTag Found Moving With You" or similar notifications on their mobile devices.
