Our luxury fully renovated travel trailer comes with many unique amenities to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Our 31-foot travel trailer has some of the following amenities including a Samsung Frame TV, a private modern bedroom with a queen bed. As well as a stylish living space with 2 pull-out beds and a fully functioning electric fireplace! We also have a fully functioning and stocked kitchen for all your favorite recipes to be easily made inside the trailer! Additionally, we love the outdoors and enjoying games with the family so we have a number of outdoor games for your enjoyment such as lifesize Jenga, Bocce ball, Bottle Bash, and a number of card games. No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit. You should never be on the roof of the unit. If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning a fee of $150 will be collected. If you have a pet in the unit without approval there will be a $150 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit. If you are late checking out after the confirmed time a $75 fee will be collected per hour.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

The travel trailer is by delivery only. Meaning we will deliver directly to the site and set up the trailer. As well as tear down and pickup/removal of the trailer from the site.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

We provide a full in-depth welcome book featuring how to put together the pull-out beds, where supplies are located, and checkout instructions. Please check the welcome book first for any questions you may have regarding we tried to cover it all!

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We will set up the electric, water, and sewage at the site for you. However, if you do not have water we can have the 38-gallon freshwater tank full upon delivery.
