A L-shaped kitchen with plenty of storage, residential size fridge, oven ,and gas cooktop with farm house style sink. This floor plan also has a loft bed behind the kitchen storage and a large garage with its own entrance. The garage area has two queen size beds that will go up and down. This area also doubles as a dining area with a table and two couches. Every room has its own TV and remote. The garage door makes into a patio with an awning and side railing enclosure. It also has its own full bathroom. This plan has plenty of holding tank capacity for water, waste, and fuel. It has AC units in each room and the living area for a total of three. All windows have black out blinds throughout the interior and surround sound. The exterior has three slide outs, three awnings with led lighting, solar panels, cable tv hookups, and plenty of exterior lighting. It has a Onan Cummins 5500 generator and a auxiliary fuel pump system with two 30 gallon fuel tanks for toys. It has a tankless hot water heater for that on demand hot water. I have upgraded the door locks to RV Lock keypads for keyless entry. I have also added extra insulation under the belly of the entire rv for all four seasons.
