Inside bathroom. Nice kitchen. Very roomy inside. Has AC and heating. The queen had as a curtain for privacy. Perfect for small families.Tutorial will be given at pick up.***There is an additional $100 charge for using the generator. Generator usage is unlimited***There is an additional fee for extending the drop off or pick up time.***There is a $50 fee for not emptying the black tank before returning the trailer******There is a $100 fee for clogging the pipe to the black tank. The rv was great. It was too small for 4 adults but that was our fault not the owners. We made it work and the owner was very kind and responsive to any questions I had.

My family had a great experience! Easy pickup, setup, and return. We took the camper on a long road trip and didn't have any issues at all, it was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and 3 small kids (6 down to 1.5 y/o). For a first timer, it was a great camper to start with.
