5Tj and Kyle are great people. These guys go above and beyond expectations. My wife and I traveled from Maryland to attend CC 24. The rental process and pick up was very easy and Sandy in the office was very nice. The camper was in great shape and everything worked well for us. We brought our own generator and started to experience issues with it that had nothing to do with the camper. TJ contacted us very quickly ON A SATURDAY to let me know they had a PERSONAL generator I could use for the rest of our trip. Kyle then met me at the shop, filled the generator full of gas and tested it before sending us back to enjoy the rest of our trip. On top of that they picked the camper up for us so that we could get on the road earlier to head back home. If you are local or heading to the area do not consider another company.

5TJ and his team are very professional, helpful and accommodating. Got me a camper 3 days before our trip when my other one cancelled. Definitely will book with them again!! and Outdoorsy customer service was top notch.
