1.Drive Responsibly: Obey all speed limits, no off-roading, and no roof access
2.Safety: All passengers must wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion, no texting while driving, and please secure items before driving
3.Fuel and Fluids: Renters are required to return RV with full tank of gas, check fluids on long trips, and use unleaded gas ONLY
4.Mileage: All rentals receive 150miles/day free, excess mileage will be charged at 0.50/mile
5.No Smoking: If smoke residue is found there will be a forfeiture of security deposit and additional fees as outlined in our rental agreement
6.Pet Policy: Pets allowed ONLY with pre-approval. Failure to gain approval prior to departure will result in loss of security deposit and renter will be charged for any damage caused by pet
7.Damage and Repairs: Report any damage immediately. Please do not attempt major repairs on your own- call us first
8.Parking and Leveling: Always use leveling jacks. Do not retract slide-outs if the vehicle is not completely level. Renter is responsible for damage to slides from improper use
9.Return: Renters are required to return the RV on time and RV should be cleaned/tanks dumped. Failure to do so will result in additional fees outlined in our rental agreement
