- My RV is a 2014 so don’t expect a brand new unit. (Rental rate reflects this.)
- Heavy Duty Ford E-450 chassis with Triton V-10 engine.
- Great mechanical condition
- Fully self-contained for dry camping.
- Power slide-out in rear queen bedroom area.
- Includes 6 seatbelts.
- Sleeps up to 6 people, plus 2 full reclining chairs for possibly 2 more kids.
- Thermostat-controlled air conditioning and heating.
- Full bathroom with separate shower and an expansive shower curtain and skylight for big/tall people.
- Full kitchen with almost 4 feet of countertop space, a double sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and 2 door freezer/refrigerator.
- Kitchen is fully stocked with typical cooking equipment. See photos. (Utensils, pots/pans, toaster, dish towels, tea pot, french press coffee maker, etc.)
- Propane Coleman camping stove and propane BBQ will be provided for cooking outside. (Propane tanks are not provided.)
- Bedding for the rear queen bed will be provided at no charge. Bedding for other beds and towels are not provided. (Most people use sleeping bags.)
- Power-controlled awning.
- Free generator and propane use.
- No Smoking/Vaping/Weed/Drugs. A minimum fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking/Vaping/Weed/Drugs in the RV.
- Pets are restricted to 1 dog for a $75 fee and subject to an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for excessive stains and/or damage.
- The fuel tank must be returned at the same level or there will be a $10 per gallon refueling fee.
- Renter is expected to clean up any messes made, wipe down the bathroom and kitchen area, and sweep the floor before returning the RV. There will be a charge of $200 to the renter's security deposit if this is not done.Thank you for considering my great motorhome. You’ll be happy you did!
