This mobile home is rented for the first time. He's in great shape. New wheels, new canopy, the interior will pleasantly surprise you, very clean, not smoky, very easy to operate, rides smoothly and comfortably, including our mobile home: 4 large towels, 4 small towels, Toothpaste and a toothbrush 4 pcs., a kitchen towel 2 pcs., a paper towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet bowl, a set of dishes 6 pcs., a set of pots, soap. Pastel accessories. This is a Ford E-450 V 10, gasoline. One slide, the air conditioner works fine. Simple rules here, treat the Rv with respect. No partying (not a party RV this is my family's home too), NO Pets (there will be a charge), absolutely no smoking (there will be a charge) no climbing on roof. We replace anything damaged in the RV so the RV is clean. Any damage will be removed from the deposit. We want every guest to enjoy a clean RV please help us maintain it.Pick ups are at 3 p.m or earlier if possible (day of rental) drop off is at no later than 1 p.m (end of rental) NO Exceptions with a minimum of three nights unless otherwise stated. Late fee of $100 assessed per hour up to $165 (additional day).Quick tips for first time renters/campers:Generator runs off the RV gas tank be sure to check fuel level at all times it will automatically shut off at 1/4 tank,if using for a few days on and off please make sure you check the oil levels , also generators are not meant to be ran 24/7.When using an awning and it does not have automatic wind sensors DO NOT leave awning extended in windy weather.Research your campsite in advance so you don't run into last minute hic ups. (hook ups,dumping, generator run hours, etc)Lights in cabin, water pump, and fridge all run on the 12V battery make sure it is at an appropriate charge at all times.

Successful first RV trip for my family of five! RV had all basic supplies- extra bedding and pillows if needed (though didn't use), towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, cookware (pots/pan/spatula), garbage bags, etc. There was also a large storage compartment that you could access from the outside that had two foldable chairs. It felt roomy in the RV as well and my kiddos loved sleeping on the top bunk above drivers compartment. Host was easy to communicate with- would highly recommend renting this RV for your next adventure!
