1.0The lady that rented me the RV was completely rude! They gave me an RV that worked the first day then all of the sudden the fuse blew to the pump and other appliances! Shen knew what was going on all along she knew the RV had issues and said she couldn’t do nothing about it after I picked it up! It ruined my vacation with my family we were stuck with no power not water pump out in the woods! Poor customer service! A family of 8 out in the woods with a broke down RV was a terrible experience!!!
