2012 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite
Welcome to our 2012 Rockwood Signature Series Ultra Light. This fully loaded Travel Trailer was fitted with all the bells and whistles when built that make it just as modern as a new trailer today. This unit is a 4 season unit so it has great insulation which keeps the interior quiet when closed up. The extra comfy Queen mattress in the bedroom is perfect for Mom and Dad, the bedroom has its own private door for easy in and out without waking the whole camper. The dinette folds down for a perfect sleeping area for little ones and the couch folds out into a full size air mattress. The A/C and furnace will keep you comfortable no matter how the New England weather changes.
The TV fitted with a Roku (WiFi or hotspot not included) will keep you or the kids entertained in the event of a lazy day. Integrated sound system with speakers throughout will keep the mood up at all times.We bought this for our family of 6 to make camping easier than the full tent setup. Since we will only be able to use it 1/2 times a year, we want to share the camper with others to give them a great experience camping as well. No tent, or awning set ups. Endless supplies, no coolers full of melted ice messing up the food or having to chase ice everyday. Just bring your personal items, food for the fridge and you’re all set!Clean linens for each of the 3 beds (fitted and top sheet, 2 pillows with cases for each bed and a fleece blanket for each bed will be provided. Bring additional blankets or pillows for personal need and preference.• Coleman Propane Grill for outside is an available add on(must bring your own green bottle propane tanks for grill and grill must be cleaned after use)Camping Chairs for 6 available as an add on. • Smoking of any kind shall not be permitted inside of the unit at any time.
• Pets must be well behaved and not be left alone in the unit at any time. If pets cause any damage including bathroom accidents, the guest will be responsible for 100% of repair and or cleaning costs. Pets are also prohibited from being on the master bed, as well as the pull out inflatable couch bed. Pets are not to be bathed in the shower or sinks of the unit as it may cause damage to the plumbing. 2 Dogs max, NO CATS.
• Feminine hygiene products are NEVER to be disposed of in the toilet or other plumbing as these products do not break down and will damage the waste system. They shall be put into the provided waste buckets and taken care of properly.
• At no time shall more than 6 persons sleep in the unit and no more than 8 persons in the unit at any given time.
• Renters are prohibited from activating or adjusting any of the stabilizer systems, tow hitch system, or slide outs at any time without owner consent unless unit was self pickup. Unit will be set up properly prior to use for delivery.
• No cooking units (including crockpots, stove, oven, air fryers, etc) be left unattended in the unit while operating.
• No repairs or adjustments to any of the unit systems be made without owner knowledge and consent
• No person(s) shall be on the roof of the unit at any time.
• All included items must remain with the unit and accounted for prior to departure.
• Unit must be broom/vacuum clean, all dishes washed dried and put away, and trash removed prior to departure.
• Only authorized campground personnel or unit owners are to utilize the waste removal systems, unless self pickup/drop off in which the waste tanks must be emptied prior to return.
• Any damages must be reported within 24 hours.
• If any water leaks appear, or electrical issues arise, the unit shall be disconnected from the source immediately and owner contacted.

Though this camper is a bit older, it makes up for in amenities and cleanliness. Everything was so clean and we felt like we could “move right in”. We didn’t have to bring much from home aside from clothing and food and was a welcome change of pace from the typical campers we’ve rented. Aaron was very helpful and responsive and made our stay really great. Would recommend Aaron and family again and will definitely rent again. Thank you!
