We had our house being tented for termites and since we have nice size yard and two dogs we decided rather than renting a hotel decided to rent a RV from Tiffany Williams through Outdoorsy. We had our reservation from 11/07/24 to 11/11/24, on 11/06/24 I received call from Charles who is husband of Tiffany to confirm time of the delivery and also confirmed that there will be a generator as it is listed one of the amenities on the listing. On 11/07/24 I received RV but no Generator. When I asked Charles he said RV has Batteries and has solar system that should be good for at least 5 to 6 hours and he will bring the generator in the morning of Friday. At the delivery they had the RV hooked to their trucks electricity and they were able to open up the slideout etc to show how to operate them. They left the RV and closed everything and I am suppose to open it when I am ready to start moving stuff in. In the evening I opened the RV when I am ready to start moving my stuff but I can't open any slidouts because batteries are dead this RV is setup if you can't open the slide outs you can't even get in. I waited until next day, thought he should be bringing the generator and than I can move but he no showed whole day. I called and left messages but no return of the calls. Now its Saturday and Charles calls and asking what time he should drop off the generator when I made a comment and said "Sir you were suppose to drop of the generator yesterday he goes if "that's the case I am just coming to pick up the RV" and he came and picked up the RV. There was no explanation why they needed to pickup the RV also remember I have paid everything in advance $2,100; $1100 for there RV rent and $1000 security deposit. We paid all that and still had no place to stay its cold and i have 4 years old. We scrambled and thank god we found a local hotel to stay. Making long story short be careful who you rent from because people like Tiffany and Charles will Scam you. You form your own opinion, WE paid them in advance which was required to do so and on top of that they still charged me money to clean the RV and they took the money out of my security deposit for the RV we couldn't step a foot in. I have Video to prove all of this in case anybody needs it.

Giving the Williams 5 star plus. They were available at all times. We Did have issued with generator. But Charles was super accommodating and came up the next morning to resolve. Besides that we felt like we had a luxury stay on a campground. Would definitely book with the Williams again.

My family and I have a great experience this weekend for our church retreat in Lake Perris renting this beautiful trailer, super clean, comfortable, updated and extremely cozy, it really feels like home, also the hosts were extremely helpful, we had some issues with the Park for the power light and they dropped us a generator that saves our trip, so grateful with them for made this experience 😊 great! I will definitely rent this beautiful trailer again! Thank you so much 😊 I Highly recommend it!!!
