Oven didn't work it is not a 31 ft it is a 26 ft owner tired to blame me for a Stian on a bed that know one could use does not sleep 10 people we had to cancel it will fit 3 adults and and 2 maybe 3 kids. Also owner did not empty gray or black water i drive over 800 km with a fully loaded gray and black water nothing but a bad experience ... what kinda oven doesn't work on a new 2021 ?

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the rental, but a few things need to be clarified:I have never misled you. All information published on Outdoorsy is from the factory’s web site. 31‘ is the total length, this you often needed to provide to the camp site. Sleep up to 10 persons is also from the factory, of course it will not be as comfortable as home or hotel, this is the nature of camping.The trailer handed to you sparkly clean, I have showed you all bed sheets fresh washed, I have photos to prove it, no owner will rent you a trailer with big yak stain on the bed sheet, it is a common sense. The waste water tank was emptied by the previous renter, and I have told you there could be a bit water from the cleaning, there is no way it is totally full, but I could not be on the spot to verify, so I immediately agreed to refund you $60 for emptying the tank. When you returned the trailer at almost 11pm mid night, I told you to show a good faith I would refund you another $120 for a total of $180, because you said you were not satisfied with the trailer.In summary, I did everything a owner could do to make you happy, in return below is what you did:When you came to pick up the trailer, I showed you everything, even leveled the sofa bed to show you the size is not that big. You were very happy, no complain what so ever. Only after two days, you texted me demand a refund because you could not fit in all your relatives and two dogs.You lied about the stain, you may not have small children, but you have two dogs, when you lock them inside we all know what will happen.You fabricated all kinds of accusation: about the size of the trailer; about sleep 10 people; and you said my trailer weighted 7500kg which has damaged your pick up truck . from the sticker on the trailer 7500 is LB not kg, and it is the maximum load of the trailer including cargos.The trailer was returned not only with big stain on bed, also dirty toilet and full of dog hairs. Every owner treats their trailer like their baby, as a renter you should treated it the same way.I was willing to work out some refund with you, but you wanted a total refund plus $300, it is not a refund, more like blackmail. Of course I would not agree. I told you to take the case to Outdoorsy, for them to judge, I would agree whatever they decide, because I trust their professional knowledge and fairness.At the end they inform me that I do not have to refund you anything, instead I was given a $100 credit. That tells everything.

The trailer is very nice, essentially brand new and everything worked perfectly. Lots of space inside and William provided everything we needed on the trip. He also delivered and picked up the trailer and explained all the workings of the trailer. Overall a very good experience.
