It has one slide out which allow for room when you are camping, but the floor plan still allows for comfortable seating while driving. Besides the spacious kitchen and shower inside the unit, there is also an outside kitchenette and barbecue to allow you to spend time outdoors. Unit has ducted heat and air conditioning, upgraded Queen mattress in master, Four flat screen TVs, GPS, Bluetooth Stereo plays inside and outside. It is a first-class luxury unit with many features and comforts of home. Located in Richland, WA. Unit also comes Fully Stocked.Go see the USA. Visit Yellowstone, Silverwood, Disney Land, the mountains, the coast, a local lake, golf courses, wine tours, or your favorite destination. There is seating and sleeping for 10 people & room for everyone to relax! The electric awning opens up, so you can be outdoors, shaded from the sun and protected from the rain. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and have a cookout with the optional gas BBQ or relax around the optional gas fire pit as a family. In addition to lots of home comforts, it has 1 full-wall slide. It opens up the living room space and goes all the way to the back bedroom, that includes a full door for privacy! It is easy to navigate with back-up and side mirror cameras and comfortable captain chairs!Before every rental, we thoroughly clean everything to keep this RV well maintained & comfortable.We Will DO a comprehensive one-on-one total interior & exterior walk-through upon Pick-up & Drop-off. Eric and his RV were great. He was extremely flexible helping me out of a tough situation and made it very easy to rent his rig. The RV was comfortable, well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be returning to him next time we need a vehicle like this!

Eric and his RV were amazing! He gave us a great initial walk through and has a very detailed handmade manual with photos and easy to understand explanations for all the various features of the RV. It worked out so perfectly for our trip and slept myself and 4 friends perfectly! The RV had everything we needed and then some. The ice maker add-on was incredibly convenient and worked like a charm.
