1 Queen bed (upgraded mattress) and 1 Jackknife sofa
- 1 slide out for extra space
- Powered awning
- All basic necessities are included
- Foldable dining table that can be moved out of the way
- Bathroom has standing shower, porcelain toilet, sink and mirror
- 1 Lithium battery with 1000w inverter. Message me with any questions on usage
- (2) 30 Lb. Propane tanks, depending on usage they can easily last a long time. They power the gas stove, heater and water heater
- 12vt 10cuft refrigerator
- Ducted A/C unit. This rig gets cold!
- Generator: has a 30 AMP plug in. You can plug the camper into a regular household 15/20 Amp outlet but will need a 30amp source to run the air conditioner.We can include outdoor chairs, tables, flat tops, or other camping essentials by request.Towing Info: A Blue Ox weight distribution hitch is installed. We will provide the hitch ball for your vehicle’s receiver.The dry weight is 4,451lbs and the Gvwr is 5,692lbs.Please make sure that your vehicle is equipped for towing (hitch receiver, 7 pin wiring, brake controller). Message me with any questions on towing or your vehicles capabilities.
